I have been searching for an implant dentist for my mom for 2 years now. My mom has had quite a few bad experiences with the dentist and have had consultations trying to find a knowledgeable and kind Dr with a competent staff, going through 3 different offices alone this year. Well we finally found a winner!

From the moment I called to make the appt I could just tell the staff knew what they were doing. They asked all the right questions to make sure our insurance was in par with them as well as making sure they offered what we needed as to not waste both our times. They also made sure to get all the info from insurance and double checked the history of services for the year so we wouldn’t get any surprise, not covered charges for services already rendered and such. This was all done before the appt and they were able to get us in ASAP.

The moment we got to the office we didn’t wait long. The office is exceptionally clean and the staff from the front desk to the assistant to the hygienist were kind, competent and welcoming. You can tell every employee was picked with great care, which is so rare to find now a days.

We were only there for a consultation but as soon as we met the Dr we knew we found the right one! Dr. John was very thorough and thoughtful in his questioning of my mom’s dental history. He was so professional but warm. He studied abroad so is very cultured and knows that dentistry is not just about the mouth but comprehensive and for most patients apprehensive due to poor past experiences. I could tell my mom was at ease talking with him. He showed us images from X-rays to actual intraoral photos and explained why he was coming to the conclusions he came to. He did not just tell us what my mom needed but suggested options and left us in charge of what we wanted to tackle first and only after asking did he say his opinions. He has been practicing for 3 decades and you can tell he has mastered the art of not just dentistry, but bedside manner and even teaching as he included helping me in understanding my mom’s current issues and what may have caused them.

We decided then and there that we would not only get the crown implants from Dr. John but that we would also love to make him my mom’s general dentist. They were able to move their schedule around and get my mom in for a deep cleaning that day in it self. We got there at 8am and were able to leave by noon including consultation, imaging, treatment planning for the day (unplanned) and future, as well as a 4 quad deep cleaning. The hygienist was even able to deep clean my mom’s teeth without the use of anesthesia unless she needed it which she did not and was thorough. Dr. John was busy with other patients, but he was kind enough to look in on my mom during the cleaning and ask if everything was ok.

All in all exceptional experience!! The only thing we are sad about is we didn’t find this office sooner! I myself will be making a consultation soon with them. We are looking forward to seeing the work Dr. John will do with the crowns for my mom!

The experience was positive and the exam were very thorough.I had never had someone to be so detailed and informative during a dental exam. I liked his collaborative approach to treatment which allowed me to feel like I have a voice in the approach to my dental treatments.

I really like and appreciated the doctor and his whole staff. He was very kind and informative and explained all my options to me. The staff were all very personable and helpful. The dental assistant, office manager and front desk all tried to make the appt go quickly and painlessly. They all were very good at their jobs and with people. If I could give 10 stars to Yvette at the front desk I would! What a great person and the main reason I came into the office was because of her. You couldn’t get a better person to answer the phone or be the first point of contact with patients!

Best experience at the dentist ever! The staff is super friendly, the environment is welcoming and Dr Varghese….omg, the best! He will make you feel so comfortable you’re going to forget that you are were doing a procedure. If you are afraid of going to the dentist, this is the place to go.

This visit was just a regular cleaning and the hygienist, Shelby, was wonderful! I have had a lifetime of dental issues and found Dr. John 7 years ago when I decided to try dental implants. He doesn’t always tell me what I want to hear, but my health is his top priority.

On Thursday morning my husband fell off the bed. We were at the ER getting him checked out, I needed a dentist ASAP! I made many calls, but NO ONE would take us, I called Advance and all they said was “How fast can you get here?” I told them we would be there in 10 minutes! The service, the work, and the staff were all out of this world!!!! All I could do was thank God for leading us to this facility! I can not tell you how wonderful and beautiful everyone was, from the Dr.Rouhani to her assistant, to the front desk and even the financing department was friendly! The entire staff was well mannered, polite and understanding! There are no words to describe the service that was given to my husband! I cannot be more grateful and thankful for all they did for us on that day! I pray that God will bless this business abundantly but that they will never forget, The people are the most important thing!
